The DRMS' letter dated October 26, 2012 requested additional information. On behalf of Bowie
Resources, LLC, enclosed is the requested data.
Rule 2. 05.3(4) - Operations Plan for Ponds, Impoundments. Other Treatment Facilities
and Diversions
1. DRMS: Maps 15 -3, 18, and 21 -3 and Figure 2 of Volume IX do not show Ditch D -F21.
Please revise the maps to include the ditch, as required by Rule 2.05. 3(4)(i)(B).
BOW -2: Please see revised Maps 15 -3, 18, 21 -3 and Figure 2 showing the location of
Ditch F -21.
2. DRMS: Cross - section U -U' has been removed from Map 18. A cross - section exists
on Map 18 for Sections L through T, and a note under that section indicates that all other
cross - sections are shown on Map 19. Map 19 does not include Section U, nor are we able to
locate the section elsewhere in the permit application package. We are also unable to locate
Sections V, W, and X. Please revise Map 18 to include the required cross - sections (Rule
2.05.3(4)(i)(B)) for sections U, V, W, and X, or provide information on their location in the
permit application package.
BOW -2: Please see revised Map 18. Cross section U -U' has been restored to the
appropriate location. Sections U, V, W and X have been added to Map 18 under the
appropriate cross section.
3. DRMS: The first page of Volume IX, Appendix B includes the required certification
(Rule2. 05.3(4)(i)(A)) of the design information in the appendix The certification notes that it
pertains to all designs with a date of 04/09. Please add a certification for the structures
revised after the current April 15, 2009 certification.
