Within the next
month we will arrange a meeting with the State Engineer regarding our
report. Subsequently, we will contact the Reclamation Board and report
conclusions to them.
I realize your office has been very busy with permit applications, but
we have not yet received our copy of the Climax Mining Permit. Could
you please mail the permit to us at your earliest convenience?
We have been preparing for the spring runoff and for our summer reclama-
tion program. Our first task is to transplant trees which we root-pruned
last fall.
I hope the rush on mining permit applications has slowed down for you and
the staff. I'm looking forward to a visit from you and Mr. McCall this
summer.
Sincerely,
Z__
Ron Zuck
Environmental Control Engineer
RZ:kp
