BSW& tiugan Individual CDPS Permit <br />Any owner or operator covered by tins General Permit may request to be exchrded from the coverage by applying for an individual COPS <br />Permit <br />The owner or operator of a facility excluded from coverage by this General Permit solely because that facility already has an individual <br />permit may request that the individual permit be revoked and that the facility be covered by this General Permit. Such request shall be <br />evaluated by the Division per criterion specified in Part I of this permit. <br />
