Pineda <br />Director <br />We have received your application, proposed publication, and proposed written notices concerning bond release at <br />the Foidel Creek Mine. Our initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by Rule 3.03.2(1) regarding <br />bond release applications and contents, have not been submitted. Thus, your application has been deemed <br />incomplete for the purposes of filing on November 15, 2012. <br />Items required determining the application complete: <br />Please provide a revised Proposed Public Notice that includes the following: <br />• The number of acres of land for which the bond release is sought <br />• The date permit number C- 1982 -056 was approved. <br />• The type and amount of bond filed and the portion sought to be released <br />Per Rule 3.03.2(1)(b). Once the proposed public notice is approved by the Division, please <br />provide proof of publication to the Division within 30 days after the last publication. <br />2.
