As part of the State requirements, the County has to show that we <br />have the legal right to enter and conduct the mining operations upon your property. <br />In relation to the-aforementioned, in order to show that you have given permission <br />for the County to assume the extraction activity, by signing this letter you will confirm <br />our agreement with you to extract the gravel from Sections 10 and 11, Township 2 North, <br />Range 51 West. As Charlie has stated, the county will pay $.50 per yard of material <br />removed. In addition, you will be able to remove gravel for your personal needs. <br />Finally, the County will assume all responsibility for reclamation as may be required by <br />the State Department of Natural Resources. <br />If the above terms are acceptable, will you please counter sign this <br />correspondence below, so that we may submit it to the State to verify our agreement. <br />William H.
