Please note that there are no <br />NPDES Outfalls completed at this time. Outfall 001 is currently in the construction <br />phase. No data will be included in this report. <br />All NPDES Outfalls, surface water, and groundwater wells have monitoring <br />requirements set forth by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. The <br />Colorado Discharge Permit System (CDPS) also has specific monitoring requirements <br />and discharge limits for the NPDES Outfalls. All surface and groundwater locations <br />have scheduled sampling requirements for monthly and quarterly. This information is <br />outlined in the Approved Hydrological Monitoring Program that is included in this <br />report. The surface and ground water parameters changed in the l' quarter of 2012. <br />Several of the monitoring points contained in this report have two pages due to changes <br />in required laboratory analysis and are designated with a (2) for the current requirement <br />(i.e. GW51 or GW 51 (2)). <br />If you have any questions regarding this report of our water monitoring procedures, <br />please contact me at 970.864.7590 or tfry@wfcnucla.org. <br />Sincerely, <br />Thomas D.
