Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety hereby issues notice, in accordance with Title 34, Article <br />33, Section 118, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, that on November 20, 2012, an application <br />to renew an existing permit to conduct coal mining operations at Hayden Gulch Loadout was considered <br />complete for the purposes of filing. All review and comment periods as provided in the Colorado Surface <br />Mining Reclamation Act and the Rules initiate from this date of filing. Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC <br />proposes to continue Loadout coal mining and/or reclamation operations on land located approximately 2 <br />miles Southeast of Hayden, Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: <br />Portions of E1 /2 Sec. 10, W1 /2 Sec. 14, E1 /2E1/2 Sec. 15, NEIA Sec. 22, NW1 /4NW1 /4 Sec. 23, <br />Township 6 North, Range 88 West of the 6th P.M.. These tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute <br />Quadrangle map of Mount Harris. This is a permit renewal application for the next five year term. <br />A copy of the renewal application is available for public inspection at the Hayden Public Library; 225 E. <br />Jefferson Avenue, Hayden, Colorado 81639.
