I can confirm that the application did not have all adjoining surface owners, nor did the <br />map. DRMS was sent a document listing the correct adjoining surface owners, and the <br />map was revised to reflect these owners. <br />5. Mining will continue in a Southeasterly direction at the present time, and will change <br />to Southerly as the Eastern boundary is encroached upon. <br />7. For definition purposes, the haul road is the road between County Road 46 and the <br />actual staked pit boundary. Although it contributes little to the overall acreage, its <br />dimensions are still are still calculated in the total acreage (see revised map). I called <br />George Ansley to determine if he wanted the road reclaimed or left for his own use. He <br />was ambivalent at first, but finally decided to request full reclamation of the haul road at <br />the cessation of County use. <br />
