Box 628 <br />Nucla, CO 81424 <br />Dear Mr. Frv: <br />1 <br />r <br />ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES COMPANY <br />Enclosed is the report For the third accelerated chronic biomonitoring test performed for Western <br />Fuels on effluent from the New Horizon ;dine NPDES 013 discharge. There were no <br />statistically significant toxicity effects to the C'crioduphnia dubia test species in any effluent <br />concentration at or below the pennitted IWC (Instream Waste Concentration).
