Fry: <br />Enclosed is the report for the second accelerated chronic biomonitoring test performed for <br />Western Fuels on effluent from the New Horizon Kline NPDES 013 discharge. Tlicre were no <br />statistically significant toxicity effects to the Ceriodaphi a thibia test species in any effluent <br />concentration at or below the pcnliltted IWC (Instream Waste Concentration).
