This Phase <br />I release will apply only to those areas where backfilling and grading are complete, including permanent <br />roads and other approved permanent structures, in accordance with the approved reclamation plan, has <br />been completed. "The areas requested for bond release were backfilled and graded from the beginning of <br />mining, in 1990 to date in accordance with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />rules and regulations. <br />A copy of the Bond Release application is available for public inspection at the Hayden Public Library. <br />201 E.
