Herr (Marr) Mine - Phase III Final Bond Release Request - Permit # C -80 -006 The permit (Permit No. C -80 -006) for the mine area and Loadout site is situate in the following described lands located in Jackson County, State of Colorado. Mine site: Township 8 North, Range 78 West, 6 P.M. Portions of Section 2 Township 9 North, Range 78 West, 6 P.M. Section 22: E /2, E/2 NW /4 Section 25: S/2 SW /4, NW /4 SW /4 Section 26: NW /4, SE /4, E/2 SW /4, NW /4 SW /4, SW /4 NE /4, W/2 SE /4 NE /4 Section 27: NE /4 NE /4 NE /4 Section 35: E/2 Portions of Section 23 Loadout site: Township 9 North, Range 79 West, 6 P.M. Section 29: SE /4 Section 28: SW /4 [The above legal description is also shown in Table 1 of this document]. Bond surety totaling $19,619.00 is provided by the National Union Fire Insurance Company under Corporate Surety Bond No. 13 -20 -11 and is 100 percent of the current bond amount. The legal description of the entire mine site and Loadout permit area is provided on the accompanying Public notice, attached as Appendix "A" as well as being listed in the foregoing text and in Table #1. 1.1 RECLAIMED /RELEASED ACREAGES All disturbed areas at the Kerr (Marr) Mine and Loadout site have been reclaimed as per the approved reclamation plan. Acreage of the reclaimed areas requested for release in this application (SL -05) is shown in Table 2, Bond Release Areas, included with this submittal. 1.2 REQUESTED BOND RELEASE AREAS The specific areas requested for Phase III Release herein are described in Table 2, Bond Release Areas. 2
