Summary and Conclusion — Based on review of the hydrologic data contained in this
report, we have determined that the Kerr Loadout Site for the Marr Mine operation has
caused no significant impacts to the alluvial ground water or surface water. Changes to
the hydrologic balance within and adjacent to the Loadout Site, if any, would be
minimal. Probable hydrologic consequences are that water pollution is not occurring
and future water pollution appears unlikely. The water rights of other users have been
protected.
Also, based on the foregoing observations, the Kerr Loadout Site has minimized
disturbance of the hydrologic balance in the bond release areas and adjacent areas, and
prevented material damage outside the bond release areas. We also find that the Kerr
Loadout Site has not caused hydrologic changes that adversely affect the approved
post- mining land use in the bond release areas.
Respectfully submitted,
Randall R. Miller
CO PE No. 32004
;t oll e eee e
•
sI
wuNAI EN 1 '
APPENDIX C
