May 24, 2012 <br />- The erosion and small diversion ditch at the 6MN sediment pond has been addressed and is stable IA, ith no <br />problems noted. This area is bare and will require seeding to provide stability. <br />- The low area at the east side of the 6MN holding pond has been addressed: however ponding water remains in <br />the area. This area should be addressed to alleviate the pooling water at the base of the embankment. <br />All pond spillways were functioning as designed with no problems noted. <br />Ditches and culverts throughout the mine site were functioning as designed. No problems were noted with the <br />exception of the following: <br />- The sump located northwest of Pond B has heavy sediment at the south end.
