Two copies of the TR are included along with the <br />required fee and proof of placement with the Weld County Clerk to the Board, and related <br />attachments (see above). <br />As part of this Technical Revision, we will be bonding for the replacement of <br />embankment material should a flood event occur that would erode the pit walls during the course <br />of mining.
