Verbal Discussions: <br />Project: Pond 16 Area <br />Remediation <br />Location: Routt County, CO <br />Client: Peabody Energy <br />Work Performed: <br />NORTHWEST COLORADO CONSULTANTS, INC. <br />FIELD REPORT <br />Project No.: 08 - 8099 <br />Report No.: 13 <br />The material tested generally met the project specifications for compaction. <br />Please refer to the attached sheet for results of today's testing. <br />Jim Rolando of Seneca Mine was notified of today's test results. <br />Date: 10/30/11 <br />Time: 3.5 <br />Mileage: 74 <br />Engr. !Tech: JS <br />As requested, we visited the project site on today's date and conducted compaction test No.'s 65 through 70 <br />on the material being placed for Pond 16A fill. <br />The excavation contractor, Seneca Mine, had placed and compacted onsite borrow material for Pond 16A backfill. <br />Remarks: <br />It should be noted that Seneca Mine crews had completed placement of riprap in the new PM -2 drainage channel <br />from the Shrub Plot southwest through the original embankment at Pond 16A. <br />
