We have broken our comments into <br /> three areas: Board meeting, reclamation costs, and annual report. <br /> Board Meeting <br /> As you know, the reclamation costs you have submitted need to be approved by <br /> the Board. As such, we have scheduled the matter of "Financial Warranty <br /> Reconsideration" for the March 27-28, 1985 meeting. <br /> Along with reconsideration of the financial warranty, ,we believe the Board <br /> would like to hear an update of not only the Climax site but also the <br /> Henderson Mine site. As such, project updates for both the Climax and <br /> Henderson sites have been scheduled. Please let us know how much time you <br /> would like set aside for these project updates. We feel that it would be <br /> appropriate for either you or someone else in your Company to present the <br /> updates. <br /> Reclamation Costs <br /> After reviewing your reclamation cost submittal , we had a number of concerns. <br /> These concerns have been broken into two sub-headings: "general comments" and <br /> "specific comments" . The "general comments" are those items (eg. Grading and <br /> site preperation) that occur in a number of areas; whereas the "specific <br /> comments" are for items that are exclusive to one area. For the "specific <br /> comments", we have utilized your numbering sequence for ease of reference. <br /> General <br /> 1 .
