Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Maps <br /> 1 . Please submit a map showing all immediately adjacent surface owners <br /> of record. See Rule 2. 12(3)a. <br /> C. Mining Plan -2 <br /> 1 . Any remaining benches above the open pit must be eliminated to <br /> create a talus slope appearance prior to bond release. Pg. 2-4 <br /> See Rule 6.1 . <br /> 2. is any waste rock currently being hauled to the Robinson Tailing <br /> area, if so, where is it being stored? Are any portions of the <br /> Robinson Tailing pond ready for waste rock application? Pg. 2-5. <br /> 3. Where has topsoil from the McPJulty Waste Rock Dump been used for <br /> reclamation? Pg. 2-6 <br /> 4. Is the primary criterion for deciding where waste goes simply <br /> access to a dump area? is there some way to separate more favor- <br /> able materials and place them in locations where they can do the <br /> most good? <br /> 5. What protection is being afforded topsoil stockpiles to prevent <br /> the loss of topsoil? <br /> 6. Are any of the old drifts and stopes being filled with waste rock, <br /> if not, why? <br />
