Compliance With Mine Plan - Support Facilities Not On-site <br />RNA <br /> - Other - Special Categories Of Mining <br />NANA <br /> - Processing Waste - Topsoil <br /> <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br /> <br />This was a complete inspection of the Fruita Loadout conducted by Mike Boulay of the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety on October 29, 2012. There was no operator/representative from CAM Colorado, LLC present <br />during the inspection. Weather conditions were warm, clear and dry. Ground conditions were dry. <br />OTHER: <br />The Fruita Loadout is currently inactive and is in temporary cessation. The permit was issued on March 6, 2012 <br />but the operator has not yet begun construction of any of the planned facilities.
