<br />A. St. Mary of the Rockies Catholic Church. St. Mary of the Rockies Catholic
<br />Church is located in the SW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 16, Township 7 South, 72 West, 6th P.M.,
<br />Park County, Colorado, which is north of the Town of Bailey and the North Fork of the South
<br />Platte River.
<br />B. Fairplay Mobile Home Park. The Fairplay Mobile Home Park is located in the
<br />NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 3, Township 10 South, Range 77 West, 6th P.M., Park County,
<br />Colorado, in the Town of Fairplay.
<br />C. Forest Glen Sports Association. The Forest Glen Sports Association is an
<br />existing 50 lot subdivision that is served by a domestic well located in the SE 1/4, NW 1/4,
<br />Section 3, Township 13 South, Range 71 West, 6th P.M., Teller County, Colorado.
<br />D. Lininger Reservoir. Lininger Reservoir is owned by the Kenosha Trout Club
<br />and is located in the NW 1/4, Section 16, Township 7 South, Range 75 West, 6th P.M., Teller
<br />County, Colorado.
<br />E. Buffalo Creek Water District. Buffalo Creek Water District supplies domestic
<br />water 129 taps located within its boundaries described as follows:
<br />Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 7 South, Range 71 West of the 6
<br />P.M.;
<br />Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 7 South, Range 70 West of the 6
<br />P.M.;
<br />North Half, East Half of the Southwest Quarter, and Southeast Quarter of Section
<br />6, Township 8 South, Range 70 West of the 6 P.M.; and
<br />Southwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 8 South, Range 70 West of the 6 P.M.,
<br />situated within Jefferson County, Colorado.
<br />EXCEPTING THERE FROM all public land within the Pike National Forest; and
<br />property described as Jefferson County Schedule No. 034490, owned by the
<br />Swan Hereford Ranch Venture.
<br />F. John Campbell Well. The Campbell Well is located in Venture 72 Subdivision
<br />in Park County, Lot 7, described as the SW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 25, TSS, R78W, 6th PM, 1000
<br />feet from the south section line and 1770 feet from the east section line. Ownership of this
<br />well has been transferred to Julio Martin as of June 16, 2006.
