REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15:
Vegetative Cover; Timing.
No noxious weeds were observed. The reclamation community appeared healthy,although a little sparse on the
steeper slopes (see photo 1).
SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02:
The mine id sign still had the old phone number, 719 845 0090 (see photo 2). Although this number is no longer in
use, a recorded message directs the caller to the new number for NECC (303 300 8877).
Disturbed area boundary markers were clearly visible.
DOCUMENTS RECEIVED
The updated insurance certificate was received during the inspection. This has been scanned and added to the
permit file.
