Operations on Prime Farmland <br /> As described in Sections 2 . 04 . 12 and 2 . 06 . 6 of the permit <br /> application, no lands within the Southfield mine or loadout <br /> areas have been identified as prime farmlands . Dorchester, <br /> the previous operator, received a negative determination which <br /> can be found on page 29 of Exhibit 14, a copy of the original <br /> Findings document . <br /> XV. Mountaintop Removal <br /> The Southfield Mine is not a mountaintop removal operation and <br /> all disturbed areas will returned to approximate original <br /> contour. Accordingly, no variance from meeting approximate <br /> original contour during reclamation of the area has been <br /> granted.
