Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine, Permit M1999 -120, Amendment Approval, Revision AM -2 <br />Dear Mr. Fields: <br />On October 25, 2012 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Amendment application <br />submitted to the Division and amended on July 24, 2012, addressing the following: <br />Change in mining plan, addition of permitted/affected acreage, incorporate adjacent Lupton Meadows <br />permit. <br />The terms of the Amendment AMO2 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit M1999- <br />120. All other conditions and requirements of Permit M1999 -120 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $2,002,400.00 exceeds the $997,872.00 performance bond currently held. <br />If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $1,004,528.00.
