They did NOT
ask for a stay and they provided NO statement of reasons, only a reminder that they are
allowed thirty days to provide a statement of reasons.
ERO Resources Corporation (ERO) was the third party contractor for the EA and as such kept
the AR.
By November 9, 2012 we intend to completely gather the AR to provide to BLM solicitors for
review. With that in mind, I am asking BLM UFO specialists to coordinate with Aleta Powers of
ERO regarding documentation pertinent to the AR. There may have been documents
generated internally which have not yet been provided to ERO. An example would be how BLM
concluded that a presumed sage grouse siting was deemed inconclusive.
Please make contact with Aleta as soon as possible to ascertain whether you have
documentation to provide to ERO for the AR.
If you have any questions, I will be back in the office Monday (10- 22 -12).
Desty Dyer
ttps: / /mail google com/ mail/ u /0 / ?w= 2 &ik= 324370ea8a &view=pt& search = inbox &th= 13aae8ef44036012 1/2
