SIGNS AND MARKERS —Rule 4.02:
• The Division conducted the annual AVS inspection. Information on the mine's permit
identification sign was found to be consistent with information obtained by direct inquiry of
Mr. Lance Wade.
SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF MINING—Rules 4.22 through 4.27:
• Bench 1 surface spoil has been smoothly graded across the western end of the Morgan
property, except for that portion that is in the process of being backfilled.
• No new distribution of topsoil has occurred.
ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE
No enforcement actions were issued as a result of this inspection, and none are pending.
