The ditches were snow - covered with no evidence of <br />damage and no problems noted with the repair work to SIIPM -8 appears stable with no problems noted. <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br />This was a partial coal inspection of the Seneca II mine conducted by Jason Musick of CDRMS. The mine site is <br />inaccessible due to road and weather conditions. The observations made during the inspection were conducted <br />from the Foidel Creek Mine Fish Creek Borehole access /ranch road. The site displayed snow -cover throughout, <br />with no evidence of activity or damage. Based on the October 18, 2012 final decision of the SL -5 Bond Release, <br />the Seneca II mine has fully achieved Phase II status and can be placed on a limited inspection schedule of one <br />complete coal inspection per quarter. One quarterly complete inspection remains for the fourth quarter 2012. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) Surfacing and <br />Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />The South Road access road was partially observed and was snow covered at the time of the inspection.
