4. Reclamation Cost Estimate <br />COAL <br />Q `� COMPANY i$ � <br />Response: Page 4.30 -1 heading has been updated as requested. <br />m. Should Figure 4.18 -1 exist or is it a table? It is not in the Table of <br />Contents. <br />Response: Colowyo believes Figure 4.18 -1 should exist. Whether it is included <br />as a table or figure within the PAP is arguable point. Nonetheless, <br />Colowyo prefers to leave this figure in its current location. With that <br />being said, the Table of Contents for the List of Figures has been updated to <br />include Figure 4.18.-1. <br />The Division will complete its evaluation of the current Reclamation Cost <br />Estimate; this estimate will be provided under separate cover. <br />Response: Colowyo will address the Reclamation Cost Estimate under a <br />separate cover as indicated in the above comment. <br />Colowyo looks forward to working with the Division to resolve these items and <br />receive approval of this renewal package in a timely manner.
