A summary of the reclamation and management history for this area, including <br />maintenance and repairs of rills and gullies. <br />ii. A map or description of topsoil replacement thickness or demonstration that adequate <br />topsoil remains in this area in accordance with the permit. <br />This concludes the Division's second review of the SL3 application. There are still additional adequacy review <br />items that have not been address from the Division's first adequacy review letter dated June 12, 2012. All <br />adequacy review items must be addressed to the Division's satisfaction prior to the approval of the SL3 Bond <br />release application.
