E. Stover
& Associates, Inc. letter dated October 15, 2012 requesting to withdraw Technical Revision No.
24 (on behalf of CAM Mining LLC) for the Munger Canyon Mine. The technical revision was
originally submitted on August 13, 2012 to revise the culvert reclamation plan for the lower
portion of the Munger Canyon mine access road. This revision would have allowed two large
culverts to remain in place. The Bureau of Land Management has indicated that the culverts
need to be removed and replaced with dry fords in accordance with the approved reclamation
plan.
The Division has withdrawn the application effective October 22, 2012. Enclosed you will find
the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety's Proposed Decision for Technical Revision
No. 24 at the Munger Canyon Mine.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
/ i, duLLf 15 n4y
Michael P.
