<br />Recent precipitation records are available from a private meteorological monitoring network located
<br />approximately three miles from the JD -6 Mine on the proposed Pinon Ridge Mill site. Thirty five months
<br />of precipitation data was obtained from this source, starting in May 2008 and ending March 2011 (Table
<br />11).
