The JD -6 mine is located in Sections 21 and <br />22, of T46N, R17W, N.M.P.M, in Montrose County, Colorado. The JD -6 Mine consists <br />of portions of the C -JD -6 DOE lease tract, and portions of the Mineral Joe 17, 18, and 19 <br />claims. <br />The JD -6 Mine is currently permitted as a 110d operation. The purpose of the amendment <br />is to incorporate an Environmental Protection Plan (EPP) into the existing mining permit. <br />Cotter Corporation has provided a copy of the Amendment for the JD -6 Mine to the <br />Montrose County Clerk and Recorder's office at the Montrose County Annex in Nucla <br />for review.
