An AVS Annual Review Inspection was conducted during this mine site inspection. All information required and
answered by Brian Watterson was correct and remained unchanged.

Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7):
Rodent holes that lined the access road to Ponds 9-P2 and 9-P3 have been filled.
RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 4.15, Rule 3:
The 2009 reclamation to the refuse pile along the Haul Road was inspected. The area remained stable and well
vegetated.
The Williams Fork Strip Pit reclamation was inspected. Vegetation throughout the strip pit area was well
developed including a large population of sage brush.
