As per our telephone conversation, please provide the Division with
a bid for the attached Mine Site Seed Mixture, and in accordance
with the following specifications:
Please provide the mix in 2 acre bags having 12.74 pounds of Pure
Live Seed. The total seed for this order shall be 726.18 pounds
PLS packaged in 57 separate bags.
Seed shall be thoroughly pre-mixed in the specified proportions and
delivered in bags consisting of a two acre batch of seed at the
rate specified. The seed denoted by an asterisk on the attached
table shall be placed in a separate bag enclosed with each two acre
bag.
Please provide me with a price per pound PLS delivered to the
Carbondale address listed below:

Unit price shall be FOB destination, and include delivery to the
Carbondale address. Delivery must be made by September 13, 1996 to
the above address.
Each container shall be clearly tagged with the name and address of
the supplier; the seed mix title; pounds PLS of each species; the
net weight of each species of the seed mix; the percent of weed
seed content; and the guaranteed percentage of germination of the
seed lot.
