Excess graded material is to be pushed against <br /> inside of cut-slope at no steeper than 3h:ly. Graded bench is to <br /> be ripped to 8 inches. <br /> 27+085 Remove culvert at avalanche chute. Build a low <br /> water crossing as per 23+020 specifications. <br /> 27+085 to 29+100 Excavate 6 vertical feet from outside of road <br /> and backfill against inslope.
