DATE <br /> MEMO <br /> TO: Interested Contractors <br /> FROM: Division Minerals and Geology <br /> RE: Coal Basin Road Reclamation Invitation To Bid Maps <br /> Attached to this Invitation to Bid are copies of Maps 4 and 5 <br /> reproduced on legal size paper. Due to the cost of reproducing <br /> full size maps, the reduced size maps are included for your <br /> reference. Full size maps (approximately 24" x 3011) will be <br /> provided to those contractors who attend the pre-bid meeting <br /> scheduled for June 10, 1996 at 10:00 a.m. See bid document for <br /> location. <br /> Map 4 , Hydrologic Structures, depicts the roads to be reclaimed and <br /> pertinent hydrologic structures, including existing culvert <br /> locations, locations of low water crossings to be constructed and <br /> locations of rolled dips to be constructed. <br /> Map 5, Earth Work, depicts the roads to be reclaimed and the <br /> locations where cross sections were measured, areas to be ripped <br /> and not ripped, areas to be backfilled to 0% slope and areas to be <br /> backfilled to 1% slope. <br />
