On October 17, <br /> 1996 , you left a message on my voice mail in which you stated that <br /> you had completed your own survey, and that our figures differed. <br /> That afternoon, I returned your call and left you a voice mail <br /> message in which I requested that you forward your survey notes and <br /> data to my office for examination. Upon receipt of this <br /> information, further discussions regarding the total number of <br /> acres revegetated could be held. I also stated that I had measured <br /> the borrow area at 2. 3 acres. It is my understanding that you and <br /> Jim McArdle had a similar conversation on October 9 , 1996. <br /> To date, I have not received your survey information. I would like <br /> to approve a final payment for this project. The sooner that we <br /> receive your survey data, the sooner we can resolve this matter, <br /> and a final payment may be made. <br /> Please feel free to contact me if you have questions or comments <br /> at: <br />
