The Contractor shall be paid for the performance of this Agreement, subject to any additions and deductions, as provided for in Article 47 of the General Conditions of the Contract, the sum of Seventy-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Four Dollars ($77.974.00), t as provided for in Article 38 of the General Conditions of the Contract. 7. The Contract Documents, as listed in Article 1, of the General Conditions of the Contract are all essential parts of this Agreement and are hereby incorporated herein, by reference, as if fully set forth herein. 8.
