Cost proposal for re- <br /> route of mine drainage 48-inch PVC Pipe and surface drainage cut. <br /> Dear Steve: <br /> Pursuant to your request,ERM EnviroClean-Rocky Mountain,Inc.Is pleased to present this <br /> revised cost proposal for the re-routing of the 48-inch PVC Coal Basin Rock Tunnel drainage pipe <br /> and associated surface drainage cuts. The cost proposal is based on your-sketches presented on <br /> 6/21/96 and 6/22/96 illustrating the revised PVC pipe layout and surface drainage cuts, <br /> respectively. <br /> The revised cost estimate is: _ <br /> • $11,115.00 for the 48-inch PVC pipe installation. The routing of the PVC pipe is essentially <br /> the same in total distance,but with one less 45-degree fitting. <br /> • . $5,890.00 for the revised routing of the surface drainage cuts(650 feet versus 800 feet). - <br /> Actual cost for construction of the surface drainage cut will be measured(by DMG)and <br /> invoiced at actual linear surface distance. <br /> • $1,657.00 for the anticipated subsurface demolition on concrete and other substructures . <br /> encountered during the construction of the re-routed 48-inch PVC drainage line and <br /> associated surface drainage cut on the north side of the lamp house.
