Preventive Maintenance:
As stated above, the site is enclosed within locked gates. BMP's pertain to routine visit inspections by
management and corrective action is taken as required. In addition to management inspections,
currently the DRMS is scheduled for inspections and reporting on a monthly basis.
Spill Prevention and Response Procedures:
Given the Permanent Cessation Status of the site, the limited activity and locked access to the site, the
following individuals shall have the responsibility of implementing amendments and corrective action as
deemed necessary relative to spill prevention and control.

The above individuals shall be familiar with applicable pollution control laws, rules and regulations and
familiar with spill prevention and control methods as described below.
Spill Reportinp,:
Given the limited activity and locked access to the site, in the unlikely event of a pollutant spill, the
forgoing listed individuals are also responsible for implementing emergency responses and immediate
remedial action. Formal written reports on all spills, if any, as well as notification of appropriate federal,
state and local regulatory agencies shall be the responsibility of the forgoing listed individuals.

surface waters of the United States:
