Cotter will conduct regular inspections of all structures, repairing damage and making improvements as needed. (17) Plant Growth Medium (Soils) The surface disturbance at JD -9 occurs primarily in soil types 23 and 76, as marked on the soil map included in this exhibit. A full soil analysis was done on these soil types and is included below in this exhibit. Cotter will comply with Colorado State University's recommendations as closely as possible. (18) Wildlife Protection In order to minimize or prevent harm or damage to wildlife, Cotter will contact the Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) in order to come to an agreement on acceptable hours of mining operations and to follow the other CPW recommendations as closely as possible.
