As you state, I had intended comments written on the
back of the Pond #5 report page but overlooked coping the back of the page for the
submittal. Thank you for the notice. A copy is enclosed herewith.
The rule, Rule 4.05.9(15) concerning water level in ponds pertains to the certified
inspections required to be done by a professional engineer (PE) annually. However, in
good faith I entered information about pond water witnessed prior to the Sept 21, 2012
inspection on the back of the Pond 5 Inspection Report.
For ease of review, I have also enclosed a copy of the PE's inspection report for
the 1 quarter of 2012 which includes reference to water levels in pond, if any. The water
levels are addressed on all four pond inspection reports.
Sincerely,
If you have any questions or need additional information please contact me.
eorge I Patterson
I
