19 . Admit that Notice of Violation C-93-148 issued to <br /> Resources by the Division on November 29, 1993 was vacated by the <br /> Division on February 7, 1994 . <br /> a. If the answer to the foregoing request for <br /> admission is anything but an unqualified admission, describe in <br /> detail each and every fact and identify each document upon which <br /> you rely in support of your refusal to make the requested <br /> admission. <br /> 20 . Admit that once Resources filed a petition in bankruptcy <br /> in February 1992, the Division had no authority to enforce the May <br /> 22, 1991 reclamation schedule. <br /> a. If the answer to the foregoing request for <br /> admission is anything but an unqualified admission, describe in <br /> detail each and every fact and identify each document upon which <br /> you rely in support of your refusal to make the requested <br /> admission. <br /> 21 . Admit that the Mined Land Reclamation Board revoked <br /> Resources' mining permit . <br /> a. If the answer to the foregoing request for <br /> admission is anything but an unqualified admission, describe in <br /> detail each and every fact and identify each document upon which <br /> you rely in support of your refusal to make the requested <br /> admission. <br /> 22 . Admit that after Resources' permit was revoked, the <br /> Board was required to forfeit and collect on Resources' forfeiture <br /> bond. <br /> a. Admit that according to the Colorado Code of <br /> Regulations, the proceeds of Resources' forfeited bond were to be <br /> collected and used for reclamation by the Division. <br /> a.
