These documents include the Defen- <br /> dants' First Set of Interrogatories, Request for Production of <br /> Documents, and Requests for Admissions to Plaintiff. Please <br /> review this latter document and submit it as soon as possible to <br /> the appropriate staff members so that they can begin to provide <br /> the answers to these questions. A response should be completed <br /> by April 8. <br /> Also find attached motions concerning the sale of property con- <br /> tained in the bankruptcy estate. These motions include one to <br /> sell the rockdust plant. Please review this motion. I would <br /> like your comments on it, and to also discuss the date you need <br /> funds to begin performance of reclamation. We should attempt to <br /> determine whether any funds will be available in time to perform <br /> reclamation this year should the Board decide to support this <br /> motion to sell the plant. In conjunction with this motion, we <br /> need to discuss whether the reclamation funds will go directly to <br /> Mid-Continent. <br /> Lastly, a reclamation schedule needs to be finalized by the first <br />
