Linden, <br /> Pursuant to our telephone conversation last week concerning <br /> production of documents, and given that the documents have been <br /> transferred by the DMG tv Grand Junction, I have determined that <br /> it Is possible to proceed in part by simply requesting copies of <br /> documents rather than by first inspeoting documents and then <br /> requesting Copies. This in because a number of documents were <br /> idolitified with particularity in the Dt+ ie roxponve to the <br /> defendants, interrogatories.
