Dear Joel:
I have received Robin Lego's letter of October 7, 1994, in
which she states you tried to contact me on October 6th to discuss
your desire to depose Steve Renner. I was out of the office in
meetings on October 6th.
I spoke with Steve in the afternoon of October 7th. He
informed me that he would not be available for deposition on the
dates of October 17th or 24th. I was in meetings for the remainder
of October 7th. On Monday October loth our building was shut down
for fumigation.
On Tuesday morning, I received a fax from Robin in which you
purport to set the deposition for October 24th. I informed Robin
on the morning of October llth by voice mail message that the dates
you suggested were not acceptable. However, Steve Renner has
informed me that he will be available for deposition on November
15, 16, or 17, 29, 30, or December 1. Please let me know as soon
as possible which of these dates is acceptable.
