All documents showing ownership of Minerals, <br /> Resources, Pitkin Iron, Redstone, Redstone Properties, Coal and <br /> Coke, Carbondale Power, Carbondale Mine Services, and any other <br /> corporation or company which is affiliated with, financially or <br /> otherwise, or which was a subsidiary of Minerals . <br /> REQUEST NO. 26 . All documents which reflect distribution of <br /> dividends from Resources to any individual or entity. <br /> REQUEST NO. 27 . All documents which reflect distribution of <br /> dividends from Minerals to any individual or entity. <br /> REQUEST NO. 28 . All documents which show distribution of <br /> funds or property as compensation to any individual or entity <br /> from Resources . <br /> REQUEST NO. 29 . All documents which reflect each and every <br /> distribution of funds or property as compensation to any individ- <br /> ual or entity from Mineral . <br /> REQUEST NO. 30 . Each and every document showing extension of <br /> credit from you to Robert Delaney, John Reeves, Minerals, <br /> Minerals' employees, officers or directors, or Resources, or any <br /> employees, officers, or directors of Resources . <br /> REQUEST NO. 31. All documents extending credit from you to <br /> Pitkin Iron, Redstone, Redstone Properties, Coal and Coke, <br /> Carbondale Power, Carbondale Mine Services, or other corporation <br /> or company which is affiliated with, financially or otherwise, or <br /> which was a subsidiary of Minerals . <br /> REQUEST NO. 32 . All documents showing any extension of credit <br /> from Resources, Minerals, or the companies listed in Request No. <br /> 31, to you, John Reeves, or Robert Delaney. <br /> REQUEST NO. 33 . All documents which reflect your ownership of <br /> real estate, stocks and bonds, insurance polices, and personal <br /> property of $300 or more. <br /> REQUEST NO. 34 . Each and every document identified in re- <br /> sponse to the foregoing Interrogatories. <br /> REQUEST NO. 35 . Each and every document which was consulted, <br /> relied upon or referenced to in connection with the preparation <br /> of your answers to the above Interrogatories. <br /> 25 <br />
