REQUEST NO. 4 . Each and every employment or financial <br /> agreement between Resources and any officer, employee, or inde- <br /> pendent contractor of Minerals . <br /> REQUEST NO. 5 . Each and every employment or financial <br /> agreement between any officer, employee, or independent contrac- <br /> tor of Minerals and Pitkin Iron, Redstone, Redstone Properties, <br /> Coal and Coke, Carbondale Power, Carbondale Mine Services, or any <br /> other corporation or company which is affiliated financially or <br /> otherwise, or which was a subsidiary of Minerals. <br /> REQUEST NO. 6 . Each and every employment or financial <br /> agreement between any officer, employee or independent contractor <br /> of Resources and Pitkin Iron, Redstone, Redstone Properties, Coal <br /> and Coke, Carbondale Power, Carbondale Mine Services, or any <br /> other corporation or company which is affiliated financially or <br /> otherwise, or which was a subsidiary of Minerals . <br /> REQUEST NO. 7. Each and every insurance policy or agreement <br /> to hold harmless any officer, employee, or independent contractor <br /> of Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. against personal liability for <br /> any debt or liability of that company. <br /> REQUEST NO. B . Any insurance policy or agreement to hold <br /> harmless any officer, employee, or independent contractor of <br /> Minerals, against personal liability for any debt or liability of <br /> that company. <br /> REQUEST NO. 9 . Any insurance policy or agreement to hold <br /> harmless any officer, employee, or independent contractor of <br /> Pitkin Iron, Redstone, Redstone Properties, Coal and Coke, <br /> Carbondale Power, Carbondale Mine Services, or any other corpora- <br /> tion or company which is affiliated with, financially or other- <br /> wise, or which was a subsidiary of Minerals against personal <br /> liability for any debt or liability of Resources or Minerals . <br /> REQUEST NO. 10 . All documents pertaining to any evaluation or <br /> appraisal of the rockdust plant. <br /> REQUEST NO. 11. All documents which reflect any discussion or <br /> arrangement to reclaim the Mid-Continent Resources mine site <br /> including the posting of a financial warranty, bond or deed of <br /> trust, and any plan other then the posting of a bond, financial <br /> warranty, or deed of trust . <br /> REQUEST NO. 12 . All documents concerning the reorganization <br /> of Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. and Minerals, when Resources <br /> became a subsidiary of Minerals . <br /> 23 <br />
