Pursuant to C.R.C.P. 26 (e) , you are under a duty <br /> seasonably to supplement your response with respect to any <br /> question directly addressed to: <br /> (1) The identity and location of persons having <br /> knowledge of discoverable matters; and <br /> (2) The identity of each person expected to be called <br /> as an expert witness at trial, the subject matter on which he is <br /> expected to testify, and the substance of his testimony. <br /> In addition, you are under a duty seasonably to amend a <br /> prior response if you obtain information upon which you know that <br /> the response was incorrect when made or you know that the re- <br /> sponse though correct when made is no longer true and the circum- <br /> stances are such that a failure to amend the response is in <br /> substance a knowing concealment. <br /> INTERROGATORIES <br /> INTERROGATORY NO. 1 . State and explain any present employ- <br /> ment, office, or position you hold aside from those directly held <br /> with Resources, and those companies listed in Interrogatory No. <br /> 6, including the name of the company, your position, the length <br /> of time you have held the position, employment, or office, a full <br /> description of what the position, job, or office entails, and the <br /> amount and form of any payment or compensation you receive for <br /> the position, job, or office. <br /> INTERROGATORY NO. 4 . State and explain each and every office <br /> or employment you have held in the last 25 years aside from <br /> employment or offices held with Resources, including the name of <br /> the company, your position, the date on which you held the <br /> 5 <br />
