INTERROGATORY NO. 20 . State and explain your involvement and <br /> knowledge of the decision to sell the mine site of Mid-Continent <br /> Resources, Inc. in 1991 . Include the following information: <br /> a. What factors were considered in determining to sell the <br /> mine site; <br /> b. Identify the individuals who were involved in the <br /> decision to sell the site; <br /> C. How much money was set aside for reclamation of the <br /> site at this time; <br /> d. What strategy was used to market the property; <br /> e. During the time of marketing and negotiation of the <br /> sale of the mine site, what steps were taken to reclaim the site; <br /> f. What steps were taken to maintain the site during this <br /> time. <br /> INTERROGATORY NO. 21 . State and explain your involvement and <br /> knowledge of the circumstances which led the Division of Minerals <br /> and Geology to find that Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. had <br /> committed a pattern of violations which formed the basis for the <br /> Division to issue an order to show cause why Resource' s permit <br /> should not be revoked. Include the following information: <br /> a. Your knowledge of the conditions at the mine site at <br /> the time of the Division' s finding; <br /> b. The actions taken to respond to the finding; <br /> C. Identify the individuals who made or participated in <br /> the decisions concerning the response to the violations . <br /> INTERROGATORY NO. 22 . State your involvement and knowledge <br /> in Mid-Continent Resources filing of a petition in bankruptcy in <br /> February 1992 . Include the following information: <br /> a. Name the individuals who made or participated in the <br /> decision to file the petition in bankruptcy; <br /> b. State the reasons why the bankruptcy petition was <br /> necessary. <br /> C. State how the petition would affect the ability of <br /> Resources to reclaim the site and the funds available to perform <br /> reclamation. <br /> 12 <br />
