INTERROGATORY NO. 20 . State and explain your involvement and
knowledge of the decision to sell the mine site of Mid-Continent
Resources, Inc. in 1991 . Include the following information:
a. What factors were considered in determining to sell the
mine site;
b. Identify the individuals who were involved in the
decision to sell the site;
C. How much money was set aside for reclamation of the
site at this time;
d. What strategy was used to market the property;
e. During the time of marketing and negotiation of the
sale of the mine site, what steps were taken to reclaim the site;
f. What steps were taken to maintain the site during this
time.
INTERROGATORY NO. 21 . State and explain your involvement and
knowledge of the circumstances which led the Division of Minerals
and Geology to find that Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. had
committed a pattern of violations which formed the basis for the
Division to issue an order to show cause why Resource' s permit
should not be revoked. Include the following information:
a. Your knowledge of the conditions at the mine site at
the time of the Division' s finding;
b. The actions taken to respond to the finding;
C. Identify the individuals who made or participated in
the decisions concerning the response to the violations .
INTERROGATORY NO. 22 . State your involvement and knowledge
in Mid-Continent Resources filing of a petition in bankruptcy in
February 1992 . Include the following information:
a. Name the individuals who made or participated in the
decision to file the petition in bankruptcy;
b. State the reasons why the bankruptcy petition was
necessary.
C. State how the petition would affect the ability of
Resources to reclaim the site and the funds available to perform
reclamation.
