OBJECTION AND RESPONSE: See objection to Interrogatory No. 40 . <br /> Since the organization of Minerals in 1980, annual meetings have <br /> been held of the Shareholders , usually in the month of May, <br /> attended by officers and directors, and usually by additional <br /> shareholders . Minutes were kept at each meeting, which are <br /> located at the offices of Robert Delaney, 818 Colorado Avenue, <br /> Glenwood Springs , Colorado. <br /> Interrogatory No. 42 . State the approximate beginning and <br /> ending dates of all periods of active operation of Minerals ' <br /> business . <br /> RESPONSE: Mid-Continent Minerals Corporation began to conduct <br /> business in 1980 and has continued to date. <br /> Interrogatory !�Zo. 43. State Minerals ' average gross monthly <br /> receipts during such periods ( itemize by categories such as sales , <br /> royalties, dividends , etc . ) . <br /> OBJECTION: Minerals objects to this interrogatory on the grounds <br /> that it is overly broad and not reasonably calculated to lead to <br /> the discovery of admissible evidence . The financial expenditures <br /> of Minerals since its inception has nothing to do with this <br /> lawsuit. <br /> Interrogatory r:o. 44 . State Minerals ' average monthly <br /> expenses during such periods ( itemize by categories such as <br /> payroll, rent, equipment, royalties, dividends, supplies, legal <br /> expenses, etc . ) . <br /> OBJECTION: See objection to Interrogatory No . 43 . <br /> Interrogatory No. 4-5. For each of the last three years in <br /> which Minerals was active, state with respect to each officer, <br /> director, and owner of ten percent or more of the stock (a) the <br /> year; (b) the name of the officer, director, or shareholder; (c) <br /> the amount of all compensation received by such individual <br /> ( including salaries , bonuses , stock ownership, expense accounts , <br /> pension, profit sharing, retirement plan, insurance coverage for <br /> health benefits , insurance coverage for personal liability, <br /> including liability for the debts or obligations of Minerals , <br /> etc . ) ; (d) the amount of all dividends received by such <br /> individual; (e) the amount of all loans made by Minerals to such <br /> individual; and ( f) the amount of all payments made by Minerals to <br /> such individual, whether for rents , royalties, the repayment of <br /> loans made to Minerals by such individual, or any other reason <br /> ( indicate the reason for which each such payment was made) . <br /> OBJECTI014: See objection to Interrogatory No. 43 .
